is a proven technique developed from the Shakespeare Today and Teaching Shakespeare Through Performance workshops conducted by Louis Fantasia for the Shakespeare Globe Centre since 1981.  The results, which have been tested and proven in workshops and productions around the world, are designed to provide immediate and practical guides and insights to Shakespeare's structured, verse, language and characters.  Workshops can be organized to meet the needs of students, teachers, theatre professionals or the general public.

Louis Directing at the Globe Workshops are in two parts, Pre-Performance and Performance, and begin with simple exercises in text analysis and verse speaking; then quickly progress to character interpretation and the problems of style through work on sonnets, scenes and monologues.
